Bluecube elevates legal IT expertise with acquisition of CTS

09 April 2024

We are pleased and excited to announce our recent acquisition of CTS, a legal IT specialist. This strategic move solidifies us as the largest MSSP supporting the legal industry in the UK and Ireland.

CTS suffered a cyber incident in November 2023, and subsequently went into administration. We have swiftly stepped in to ensure uninterrupted support for its valued Legal and Chambers clientele. With a dedicated focus on maintaining service continuity and transparent communication, Bluecube is committed to seamlessly integrating CTS customers into our cyber security and IT support service delivery model.

We eagerly anticipate fostering strong partnerships with all former CTS clients. By leveraging Bluecube's extensive resources and expertise, CTS customers will experience immediate advantages, including access to a comprehensive suite of cyber security services. Being part of Ekco, with security operations centres strategically located in Milton Keynes, Dublin, and Kuala Lumpur, supported by over 300 security specialists, CTS will become part of one of the largest cyber security practices in Europe.

This move allows Bluecube to significantly enhance our expertise to further our offering to the legal sector, as we will be welcoming approximately 150 CTS employees to our team. Paired with our existing dedicated legal sector service desk, this addition will leverage us as an expert support provider.

Bluecube's proven track record within the legal sector, coupled with our mature and world-class security operations centre, positions us as the trusted choice for legal IT solutions. Holding accreditations such as ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of excellence.
