Our ESG team has made a commitment to provide a working environment that's forward-thinking, diverse and open to change.

Bluecube are already ISO14001 certified (Environmental Management System), and we want to take this further as our business grows.

An important step forward in our sustainability strategy is ensuring that the way we do business is ethical, open and fair. And that we're consciously aware of the impact that our business has on other people and the environment. Learn more below about the steps we’ve taken already in our sustainability mission.

Our commitments

We aim to be Carbon Net Zero by the end of 2023

We aim to use the TOMS framework to substantiate the positive impact we are having on our local communities by the end of 2023
We will extend our ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) expectations to our key supply chain by the end of 2023 to ensure that we are perpetuating the drive to protect our planet and our people

At Bluecube, we have already taken steps to reduce air pollution by having corporate travel schemes available as well as subsidised public transport, subsidised cycling scheme and bike storage & more.

Our HQ in Milton Keynes only uses renewable electricity sources and is deemed carbon neutral. All our resources (including heating & cooling) are powered by electricity.

At Bluecube, all our people on contract are paid at least real living wage, as specified by Living Wage Foundation.

We provide meaningful work placements to young people. Over the year, our people and apprentices have completed and been supported in various training programmes from professional bodies (BTEX, City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC).

We provide access to multi-dimensional wellbeing programmes that include: flexible working arrangements, health nutrition options, physical health programmes, health risk appraisal questionnaire, access to health and wellbeing resources, mental health campaigns for colleagues to create community acceptance and remove stigma, as well as equality, diversity and inclusion training.
