For the past year, we have been working closely with Proactive Young People CIC, a not-for-profit organisation supporting local areas and their young people with employability and work-related learning. Various members of the team frequently visit schools, colleges and other institutions in Milton Keynes, Buckingham and Bedfordshire, partaking in employability talks, job shows, presentations and 1-2-few sessions with young people aged 11-17.

These sessions focus on developing skills, confidence, and knowledge for the younger generations starting their journeys through education and early careers. Our Head of Talent & Development, Rob Gilbride, specifically works closely with the organisation and local schools & and colleges, to support the younger generation in preparing for their entry into their early careers and next steps; you can contact Rob directly to speak to him about his work, Apprenticeships, and work with local schools and organisations like Proactive Young People C.I.C at rob.gilbride@bluecube.tech

At Bluecube, our commitment to community extends past the walls of our office. We believe in fostering a strong, compassionate Milton Keynes, and one of the pillars of that belief is our support for Willen Hospice. Their mission - providing exceptional palliative care and solace to individuals and families navigating life-limiting illnesses - resonates deeply with us. Our collaboration extends beyond our walls, as we raise awareness about Willen Hospice's vital services and encourage others to join us in making a difference. Find out more about this wonderful charity and join us in supporting them here.

Our team has always chosen to go beyond traditional donations, choosing to actively engage with Willen Hospice in a multitude of ways. Our team unites in creative fundraising initiatives, from bake sales and dress-down days to our thrilling participation in the 2023 Dragon Boat races. These efforts are not just about raising funds, but about celebrating teamwork and building bridges within our community.
