Bluecube is a growing ‘Managed Service Provider’ that provides IT and technical support services to our clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (we have a separate 24x7 team to cover nights and weekends).
Our solutions incorporate a variety of technologies and approaches; from onsite local servers, through to fully hosted solutions that utilize Remote Desktop Services as well as public cloud (Office 365, Azure, Intune). There is a growing demand and uptake for hybrid cloud solutions that utilize Office 365 for email, SharePoint for file storage and Intune for device management, linked with a private cloud (from our own IaaS platform) to publish individual applications to the end-user desktop using RDS.
We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by including the provision of a ‘virtual IT director’ as part of our core service offering. Everything we do is about quality, from the initial assessment/triage of a ticket through the provision of an IT strategy for our clients.
